Groups
Hoàn thành giải pháp nhanh chóng và chính xác
  1. Go to Nesting> Auto Nesting Setup.
  2. From the Algorithm drop-down list, select Nesting ++ Pro
    1. If you set the maximum time for the algorithm to run, the algorithm will keep checking for a better layout solution until the maximum time is reached. In the Timefield, enter the maximum time.
    1. If you want to nest by bundles, from the Groups Options drop-down, select According to Bundles.
    2. If you have bundles in shaders and you have an extra bundle thus causing you to loose space, you can use the Shading Horizontal Groups option. This will cause the last bundle to be nested over the marker width. This will increase the marker efficiency.
    3. Select the Unify Orientation within Bundles checkbox, If you want nest the pieces according to a unique bundle orientation. Each bundle will be place in the opposite direction.
    4. Select the Auto Create Vertical Bump Lines checkbox, if you want to create bump lines that are vertical.
    5. Select the Unlimited Marker Length checkbox, if you do not want the marker length to be restricted according to the Marker Definition settings.
    6. Select the Compaction After Nesting checkbox, if you want to implement compaction after the nesting process has completed.
    7. If you want to run a post nesting process in order to save space especially between smaller pieces, select the Optimize Space for Cutting Checkbox.
    8. Select how you want to run the process, either Define Small Pieces Automatically , meaning the system will automatically re size the area between the pieces
    9. Or
    10. In the Small Pieces Area, field, enter the amount of space you want between pieces.
    11. Click Start to start the nesting process.
    12. Click Set to save the settings so you can use the settings again.

Marker : Groups Vertical Horizontal

You can use groups when Nesting when you want to place your pieces in a specific way, either according to bundles, sizes, etc.
There are two types of groups available:
  • Vertical: Allows you to group in a vertical manner, for example according to the sizes, so that you can save room on the cutter.
  • Horizontal: Allows you to group in a horizontal manner, for example if you want to group by shades of the cloth and you want to place pieces that require darker/lighter cloth in the correct places.
  • In the Marker, go to Nesting > Auto Nesting Setup:
  • The Auto Nesting dialog appears:
    1. From the Alogrithm drop-down list, select the type of algoithm you would like to use.
Note: You will only see algorthms for which you have licenses for.
    2. In the Time field, enter the amount of time you want the nesting to take place.
    3. From the Group Options drop-down list, select how you want to group the pieces, for example select According to Bundles.
    4. Select the Vertical Groups checkbox.
    5. Select the Additional Mixing checkbox if you have smaller pieces. This way the smaller pieces will fall into places where there is extra room.
    6. From the Shading (Horizontal Groups) drop-down list, select the number of horizontal groups you want to create. The number is defined according to the number of lines that are between the width of the cloth.
    7. In the Overlap field, enter Small, Medium, or Large to define the type of overlap. For example, if you want a small overlap between the bundles, enter Small.
    8. Click Set, then Start.
The nesting process begins. The time it takes for the pieces to nest is according to the number you defined in Time.
Once the nesting is done, the pieces will look like this:
